Eating Yogurt May Protect Against High Blood Pressure
A new study has suggested that adding low calorie yogurt to your diet may help lower your risk of high blood pressure.
The new information presented at the American Heart Association’s High Blood Pressure Research 2012 Scientific Sessions, has found that long-term yogurt eaters had a lower systolic blood pressure, as well as a diminished risk of developinghigh blood pressure.

What is halal?
Halal is Arabic for permissible. Halal food is that which adheres to Islamic law, as defined in the Koran. It must comply with the religious ritual and observance of Sharia law.
What is the process?
The animal, lamb, beef, veal, goat, is 100% grass fat. The chicken is vegeterian fed, grown without antibiotics. The form of slaughtering animals or poultry, dhabiha, involves killing through a cut to the jugular vein, carotid artery and windpipe. Animals must be alive and healthy at the time of slaughter and all blood is drained from the carcass. During the process, a Muslim will recite a dedication, know as tasmiya or shahada.
